What we collect
When you send a room booking, wedding & event or table enquiry, we collect the details you enter:

- the dates, times, number of guests, room or venue preferences and other details of your enquiry
- anything you write in the message box

To protect the forms from spam, the website briefly uses your IP address to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection. It is not stored with your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, to confirm and manage your booking, event or table, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.
Who can see it
- Our reservations, events and restaurant team.
- Our email provider, because each enquiry is emailed to our team.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.

Our contact page shows a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. The fonts on this website are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google for them. Some pages show our Google reviews through a widget from Trustindex, which loads files from Trustindex servers; Trustindex receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can refer back to past bookings and events, and then delete them. Messages our system marks as spam are deleted after 30 days.
